Helpdesk support person required to provide first, second and third line of support to an expanding customer base. Experience in telephone support is highly desirable but training on the client?s software will be provided. You should be familiar with Microsoft Office & Windows and have some knowledge of hardware. You will be a car owner and will need to be flexible enough to work away from home. You will be required to travel all around the UK and Ireland, potentially at short notice, and be on a 24 hour on-call rota. You will also be required to provide some customer training and support customers with little knowledge of IT.
This role is based in Ringwood, Hampshire.
